Orders are currently dispatched worldwide by EMS, Australia Post or cargo.
Please provide us with a contact number that can be given to the courier. We cannot send to PO Box addresses so please give a physical address. A work address is often best as they will deliver during the work day.
Once orders have been shipped and we can provide the tracking information they are out of our liability and in the hands of the courier or post. We can add insurance to your delivery before it ships if you request that at an extra charge, the cost of insurance in minimal. Contact us if you would like us to add insurance to your package.
DUTY / CUSTOMS
Every country applies different tax legislation, orders may be subject to custom fees or import duties in your country. That is not something we can control. The standard duty free threshold to Australia is $1000, over that amount some import duty may apply.
If you have a problem with your order please try to contact us by email within seven days of receiving it. We will however do our best to help at any time. Defective products can be returned to us for evaluation and will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
Warranty issues are settled by replacement or exchange, no credits or refunds. Rips, burns, tears, and damages due to accidents, wear and tear, improper care, miss-use or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over time, are not covered by this warranty but we may still be able to repair for you at cost. We will do our best to help you.
